  • Realistic outlook and performance expectations based on who you are as an individual. Including all lifestyle and fitness factors.

  • Competing as an age group (masters) athlete.

  • Choosing an event or sport to transition into; endurance, adventure racing focus.

WEIGHT LOSS / LIFE EVENT IMAGE ENHANCEMENT:
