Obligation

Each one of us has the responsibility to make things a little better for the next generation.

Do the work. Show your work. Lead from the front.

Fitness is a sea of clutter. Social media has muddied the waters. The entry level client/customer is overwhelmed by inexperienced practitioners salivating for their attention, adoration, and ultimately, business.

Yet, the top remains competition free, mirroring all markets in the 21st century.

In a world of shortcuts, scams, flashy, shiny pseudo-solutions to our health and fitness needs, I believe it is the responsibility of experienced, exclusive fitness professionals to provide clear, honest solutions.

  • Support + Care

  • Define the objective/need/goal

  • Develop a plan

  • Set short term goals to keep motivated and on track

  • Provide accountability

  • Attach a high level of priority to this endeavor

You are worth the effort it will take to make lasting change. This is my message to you. As you make lifestyle changes, and these new habits take hold, you are leaving a legacy for others to follow. You live the example.

You are a disciple of my training and fitness philosophy.

Confident trainees, having earned ownership of their health and fitness.

I want you to succeed so that others may follow in your footsteps… be that your family, friends, students, coworkers, or employees. A movement manifests first in the mind, then spreading broad and wide through action and implementation.

We each have an obligation. In a sea of negative emotions, with people expressing how tough things are, worrying about what they don’t have; be thankful for the things you do have and make use of the talents you possess. We, as a community, need to be the change we expect to surround us.
